You attempt to run through the flames to reach the door. Before you get very far, you step on some glass from the lanturn that fell. You hop around on one foot and scream. You land on some burning hay which burns you already hurtin foot. Pretty soon, you are on fire. You suddnley remember the well you saw earlier. You run that way and as soon as you get there, you trip and fall in. You put out your flames but then drown.
